Q1: What places does ISKCON Shop send products to?

Currently, we send all our products all over India.

Q2: How many days will it take to deliver my order?

Within Kolkata: 2-3 days
Eastern part of India (Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal): 3-4 days
Other parts of India: 4-6 days

Q3: To which ISKCON temple this website belongs?

This website serves all ISKCON temples all over India and it is taken care of by Matchless Gifts Shop at ISKCON New Town, Kolkata temple.

Q4: Is the COD (cash on delivery) option available?

No, COD is not available as of now.

Q5: How to track my order?

Tracking ID is generated within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Once the ID is generated, it will be sent to your E-mail ID and will be sent as SMS.

Q6: How can I cancel my order and what are the refund policies?

Q7: What to do if I received different items than what I ordered?

Generally, this does not happen. But, sometimes, it may happen due to human error.

In case it happens, please inform our Customer Care Service at 6190482610 within 4 days of delivery. We will try to either send the correct products or refund the order amount based on the availability of the product.

After 4 days of delivery, we will not be able to take any action.
