Path of Perfection (Yoga Path) – Hindi
In February of 1969, Srila Prabhupada gave a series of lectures in Los Angeles on the sixth chapter of the Bhagavad-gita, which deals with the yoga system. Path of Perfection is a collection of these historic talks.
“No one really wants to sit down and meditate. Why should we? We’re meant for positive activity, for recreation, for pleasure.”
He explains that a perfect life—in which the goal of yoga is reached—is dynamic and full of activity. Our nature is spiritual, and spirit is the essence of everything that lives. Real yoga means to connect our activities with the Supreme Spirit—in straightforward, practical ways. If perfection is possible, why settle for anything less?
“Perhaps you have seen pictures of Krishna, and if so, you have noticed that Krishna is always jolly. If you join His society, you will also become jolly. Have you ever seen pictures of Krishna working with a machine? Have you ever seen pictures of Krishna smoking? No, He is by nature full of pleasure, and if you unfold yourself in that way, you will also find pleasure.”
In these absorbing talks, Srila Prabhupada deeply explores the philosophy of yoga as explained in the Sixth and Eighth Chapters of the Gita, showing clearly how these timeless teachings apply today. Learn about the nature of consciousness, techniques of meditation, karma, death, reincarnation, and even spiritual ecstasy.

Light of the Bhagavata(Bhagavata Ka Prakash) – Hindi
Books (by Author), HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Swami PrabhupadaLight of the Bhagavata(Bhagavata Ka Prakash) – Hindi
In 1961, Srila Prabhupada was invited to make a presentation at Japan’s Congress for Cultivating the Human Spirit. He expected that such an audience would appreciate descriptions of nature and consider autumn particularly auspicious, so he chose for his subject the twentieth chapter of the Srimad-Bhagavatam’s Tenth Canto which describes the autumn season in Vrindavan, the place of Lord Krishna’s appearance on earth.
For his presentation, he envisioned an illustrated book, juxtaposing Bhagavatam verses with authentic Asian art, to be prominently displayed at the conference. However, Srila Prabhupada wasn’t able to attend, and the project was shelved. Then, seven years after his passing, in 1984, the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust discovered the manuscript and commissioned artist Madame Li Yun Sheng to create the accompanying artwork for the book Srila Prabhupada had intended to call Light Of The Bhagavata.
The simplicity, beauty, and intricacies found in nature have captured the minds and hearts of the greatest philosophers throughout time. Even the greatest scientific minds of our time are at a loss to understand nature’s great mysteries. Light of the Bhagavata presents a clear and tangible illustration of the purpose and significance of nature and its origin.Light of the Bhagavata captures the philosophy of India in a beautiful Chinese art and cultural presentation.

Evolve: Two Minute Wisdom by Radhanath Swami
Evolution conveys change, growth and elevation. When seen from a biological perspective it conveys evolution of the species from having lower abilities to those having higher abilities. A diametrically different way of seeing evolution is to see it from the perspective of evolution of consciousness.
In Biological evolution the change happens externally. But in the evolution of consciousness the change happens internally. Handling external changes is task of nature and handling internal changes is the task of spirit. Biologically evolution may be debatable but in terms consciousness evolution can be experienced.
‘Evolve’ is a book which helps us handle and make internal changes and thus facilitate the evolution in our consciousness. ‘Evolve’ is about growing lotuses in a desert.
How can lotuses grow in a desert? A heart which is fearful of uncertainities, lacking confidence, negative in its approach, always conflicting and having no goal, is like a desert. Even a parched desert can grow lotuses if it rains continuously for days together.
“This 2 minute wisdom of ‘Evolve’ is like a incessant shower of rainfall on our hearts. Thus facilitating our desert like hearts to grow lotuses.”

Teachings Of Lord Chaitanya : The Golden Avatar ( Bengali )
Books (by Author), HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Swami PrabhupadaTeachings Of Lord Chaitanya : The Golden Avatar ( Bengali )
Krishna devotees are sometimes characterized as sentimentalists—at least by those who think that anyone who’d go out dancing and chanting in public couldn’t possibly have a sophisticated philosophy. However, in Teachings of Lord Chaitanya we find that at the heart of Krishna-bhakti is a depth of philosophical and theological understanding far beyond most critics’ power of conception.
Teachings of Lord Chaitanya (subtitled, “A Treatise on Factual Spiritual Life”) was first published in 1968. It is a summary study of the Sri Chaitanya Charitamrita, a multi-volume collection describing the life and teachings of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, who popularized harinama-sankirtana, congregational chanting of God’s names, throughout India during the fifteenth century. His movement bewildered the religious establishment, who considered His followers “emotionalists.” Mahaprabhu reminded them that sankirtana is recommended in the Vedas—the most comprehensive and time-honored spiritual writings on earth—as the primary process of God-realization for the modern era.
Teachings of Lord Chaitanya summarizes Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s conversations with influential scholars—the logician Sarvabhauma Bhattacharya and the Mayavadi sannyasi Prakashananda Sarasvati—as well as His closest followers, government leaders like Rupa Goswami, Sanatana Goswami, and Ramananda Raya. The subject of their talks is Krishna-bhakti, devotional service to Krishna, the Supreme Person.
In Teachings of Lord Chaitanya readers will find some of the most elaborate and ecstatic revelations of the science of God found in any spiritual tradition. Srila Prabhupada often referred to it as “post-graduate” theological study—with the Bhagavad-gita as the undergraduate text, and the Srimad-Bhagavatam as the graduate-level course material.

Coming Back – Bengali
Since birth and death deal with the essence of our being, it is a subject of the utmost relevance to everyone.
Our reincarnation after death is a predetermined fact until we choose to break the bondage. First we must become open to the possibilities of life outside our empirical understanding.
Harvard biophysicist D. P. Dupey writes, ?We may lead ourselves down a blind alley by adhering dogmatically to the assumption that life can be explained entirely by what we know of the laws of nature. By remaining open to the ideas embodied in the Vedic tradition of India, modern scientists can see their own disciplines from a new perspective and further the aim of all scientific endeavor: the search for truth.?
Coming Back gives common examples from the Vedas that point to the truth of reincarnation and how we can make progress toward releasing ourselves from coming back.SKU: 745 - Srimad Bhagavatam, Books (by Author), HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada

A Second Chance – Bengali
When law of karma acts on every individual and makes everyone responsible for the actions performed during one’s life, it also mysteriously determines ones destiny at the crucial moment called death. Near death experiences may have gained a lot of interest in the past few decades, but their intricate details and mysteries have been well documented in the ancient Vedic scriptures thousands of years ago. This amazing narrative by H.D.G. A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada is based on ancient Vedic scriptures like Srimad Bhagavatam and Bhagavad Gita. The book will guide you to have a second chance, by employing techniques of Bhakti yoga to overcome the material obstacles of life, meet the challenges of death, and peacefully attain spiritual enlightenment.
Near-death experiences (NDEs) are not new phenomena; the Srimad-Bhagavatam, written thousands of years ago, recounts this NDE occurring in the much deeper past.
Ajamila, a young, religious student, is drawn astray to a life of debauchery and crime. At the appointed hour of his death, he witnesses an extremely unusual conversation between the agents of death and the agents of the Supreme Person, Vishnu. Ajamila receives a second chance to live, and his life is transformed forever.
During the winter of 1970-71, Srila Prabhupada was traveling in India with some of his Western disciples. They had heard him speak about Ajamila several times, and at their request he gave a systematic series of lectures on Ajamila’s history. This book includes the original Bhagavatam verses outlining Ajamila’s NDE, selections from Srila Prabhupada’s published commentary, and excerpts from transcriptions of his lectures during the ’70-71 India tour.

Nectar of Instruction – Bengali
Across five centuries and half the globe comes this compact guidebook of essential spiritual teachings.
How to choose a guru, how to practice yoga, even where to live. You?ll find it all in this invaluable work originally written in Sanskrit by Srila Rupa Goswami, the greatest spiritual genius of medieval India.
Now translated and explained by Srila Prabhupada, ?The Nectar of Instruction? is the key to enlightenment for all seekers on the path of spiritual perfection.
“Instruction” is not always “nectar;” especially when it includes pointed suggestions on how we should improve our character. It’s easier on the ego to learn ballroom dancing or how to improve our golf swing. But for the rare person looking to make progress in spiritual understanding, Nectar of Instruction is one of the most important guides available, as essential to the spiritual path as guardrails and yellow lines are to any driver.Nectar of Instruction is a translation and commentary on Rupa Goswami’s Upadeshamrita; eleven verses on the most basic and essential principles of spiritual practice; how should an aspiring transcendentalist interact with the rest of society? What should be his work ethic? Whose company should he seek, and whose company should he avoid? Where should he live? How can one know if he’s making any spiritual progress at all? What, really, is the ultimate goal of life?
Srila Prabhupada intended Nectar of Instruction as a practical handbook for the common man, and mandatory reading for his students. In a letter to one disciple, he said,
“The Nectar of Instruction has come out very nice. It is very important and must be immediately read by all devotees. In the near future we shall introduce the Bhakti-sastri examination for second initiation and this shall be one of the required books of study. Anyone who reads it will immediately understand what Krishna Consciousness is. Some minister in Bombay recently asked me how to create morality amongst the students, because the students are all vagabonds. If this book is introduced for study in the schools and colleges it will give a clear idea of what morality actually is. It is a most important book.”
Contains the original Sanskrit text, roman transliterations, synonyms, translations, and elaborate purports.

Nectar of Devotion – Hindi
BOOK IS HARDCOVER AND NOT PAPERBACK. ORIGINAL UNEDITED 1972 VERSION “O Supreme Lord, I know that young girls have natural affection for young boys and that young boys have natural affection far young girls. I am praying at Your lotus feet that my mind may become attracted to You in the same spontaneous way.” The Nectar of Devotion Chapter 9. This book is especially intended for those who are engaged in the Krsna consciousness movement. The text is flooded with nectarean stories, philosophy and poetic verses about Krsna and His pure devotees—all taken directly from the Vedic literatures. It is a summary study of Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu, which was written in Sanskrit by Srila Rupa Gosvami, the chief of the six disciples of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Lord Caitanya, who appeared in India 500 years ago, is revealed by Vedic scriptures to be an incarnation of God in the role of His own devotee. He and His followers are thus most authorized to teach us how to become perfect in spiritual life. The subject matter is love of God. The basic principle of the living condition is that we have a general propensity to love someone. At the present moment the human society teaches one to love his country or family or his personal self, but there is no information where to repose the loving propensity so that everyone can become happy. That missing point is God, or Krsna. The Nectar of Devotion teaches us how to stimulate our original love for Krsna and how to be situated in that position where we can enjoy our blissful life. The presentation of this authoritative information about the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Krsna, and our relationship to Him is simply the mercy of His pure devotee, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the acarya for the present age, who is coming in disciplic succession from Caitanya Mahaprabhu Himself.
Our unique personality manifests in our relationships with others. The Supreme Person is no exception; however, His personality is unlimited. The variety of spiritual relationships one can have with Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, is the subject of Bhakti Rasamrita Sindhu, the spiritual masterpiece composed by Rupa Goswami, one of the prominent disciples of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Nectar of Devotion is Srila Prabhupada’s English translation and commentary on Bhakti Rasamrita Sindhu, presented in the form of a summary study. “Summary study,” Prabhupada once quipped, “means I can do what I want.”
Srila Prabhupada published Nectar of Devotion in 1969 to clearly describe for his students the variety of relationships (rasas) one can have with Krishna and the various stages of progress one can hope to reach on the spiritual path. For those on that path, he also wished to caution of the many pitfalls to be avoided. Of all the books Srila Prabhupada translated and commented on, Nectar of Devotion gives the most clear and concise presentation of the specific practices of Krishna consciousness.
He subtitled Nectar of Devotion “The Complete Science Of Bhakti-Yoga,” to stress the scientific nature of Krishna conscious practice. The bhakti-yoga practitioner regularly employs observation and experiment, not in Petri dishes or using electron microscopes, but on his own state of consciousness. Bhakti-yoga’s ultimate goal is pure love for the Supreme Person, minus any selfishness or agenda other than unceasing devotional service. To achieve that goal—as in any scientific experiment—there are things one should do and things one should not do.
Citing many, many case studies found in Vedic writings, as well as lists of principles to be observed and symptoms by which to evaluate ones progress, Nectar of Devotion guides the reader from the very beginnings of sadhana-bhakti—devotional service in practice—all the way to the highest limits of prema-bhakti, spontaneous devotional service in pure love of God.

Cohen says “God, spiritual life–those were such vague terms to me before I met Srila Prabhupada. I have always been interested in religion, but before I met the Krsna conscious devotees, somehow I did not have the proper perspective needed to inquire fruitfully about spiritual life. The existence of a Creator is only common sense–but who is God? Who am I? My Hebrew School and the Oriental philosophy could never get satisfying answers to my questions. I first heard the Hare Krsna mantra in Greenwich Village, New York, in late 1968. Hare Krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare”.SKU: 759 - Books (by Author), HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada
Teachings of Lord Kapila : The Son of Devahuti ( Hindi )
Books (by Author), HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Swami PrabhupadaTeachings of Lord Kapila : The Son of Devahuti ( Hindi )
Lord Kapila is a renowned sage and the author of the philosophical system known as Sankhya, which forms an important part of India’s ancient philosophical heritage.
Sankhya is a system of metaphysics that deals with the elemental principles of the universe; it is also a system of spiritual knowledge, with its own methodology, and culminates in full consciousness of the Supreme Absolute.
Lord Kapila, however, is not an ordinary philosopher or sage but an incarnation of God.
This book deals with his answers to his mother’s enquiry about how to overcome ignorance and delusion and attain spiritual enlightenment.
The underlying theme running throughout his answers and throughout Srila Prabhupada’s commentaries on them is that one can achieve this goal by practicing bhakti-yoga, the process of linking one’s heart to the Lord’s heart through loving devotional service.
This series, with original Sanskrit, translations, and purports, sheds light on such topics as the significance of the guru, the psychology of consciousness, the characteristics of a self-realized person, the science of meditation, the nature of transcendental knowledge, and the process of ultimate liberation.

Teachings Of Lord Chaitanya : The Golden Avatar ( Hindi )
Books (by Author), HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Swami PrabhupadaTeachings Of Lord Chaitanya : The Golden Avatar ( Hindi )

Journey of Self Discovery – Hindi
Journey of Self-Discovery is a collection of transcribed conversations and lectures by Srila Prabhupada on a variety of subjects, including the means for achieving global unity, the myth of scarcity, spiritual economics, superior evolutionary models, and predictions of the future state of the world.
Many of these pieces previously appeared in Back to Godhead magazine, and helpfully address the doubts that inevitably arise for those new to the Vedic view of reality.
While Srila Prabhupada published definitive, scholarly translations and commentaries on some of the world’s most important ancient texts—Bhagavad-gita, Srimad-Bhagavatam, and Chaitanya Charitamrita—his printed talks found here in Journey of Self-Discovery capture the humorous, refreshing flavor of his lively debating style.
As the ambassador to the West of the age-old Krishna bhakti cult—which teaches practical devotional service to God in His most approachable and attractive form—Srila Prabhupada speaks with an authority that is hard to resist. His arguments for intelligent design, and the existence of a supremely intelligent person possessing such intelligence, have inspired many skeptics, agnostics, and atheists to reassess their worldview.

Books (by Author), HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Swami PrabhupadaLord Caitanya: His Life And Teachings – English
Throughout the ages, many avataras – divinely inspired teachers and incarnations of God – have appeared in the world, but none has ever distributed spiritual love as freely as the Golden Avatara, Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
Chaitanya Mahaprabhu (Mahaprabhu means “the Great Master”) appeared in Bengal, India, in 1486, and lived for 48 years. He began a revolution in spiritual consciousness that has profoundly affected the lives of millions. Renowned as a great saint even in His youth, Lord Chaitanya left His family at the age of 24 to teach the forgotten essence of the ancient Vedic wisdom throughout India.
Although He Himself was a fully renounced mystic, He taught how one can act in spiritual consciousness even within one’s home, occupation, and social affairs. Thus, His teachings, although timeless, bear special relevance for today’s world. He taught a practical process that anyone can perform to directly feel the ecstasy of pure love of God. This book tells about the extraordinary life of this great saint and explains the essence of His teachings.

Sri Brihad-bhagavatamrita is an epic work composed in Sanskrit during the sixteenth century by Sanatana Goswami, one of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s leading disciples. It is one of the first books written by any of the Six Goswamis of Vrindavan.
In three volumes, it gives an easily readable account of two great spiritual quests. In one, the Vedic sage Narada searches throughout the universe for Krishna’s greatest devotee. In the other, the cowherd boy Gopa Kumar searches for Krishna Himself—the Supreme Person, the ultimate goal of life.
The Bhagavatamrita is rooted in ancient history. It is the appendix to the sage Jaimini Rishi’s version of the historical saga Mahabharata, and was spoken by the hero of the Srimad-Bhagavatam, King Pariksit, to his mother, just moments before the king’s death.
This edition of Sri Brihad-bhagavatamrita is the work of Gopiparanadhana Dasa, who was part of the team of Srila Prabhupada’s scholarly disciples who completed the translation and commentary on Srila Prabhupada’s life’s work—the Srimad-Bhagavatam—after Srila Prabhupada’s passing in 1977. Gopiparanadhana Dasa wrote several volumes of translation and commentary on the Goswamis’ writings before his passing in 2011.
